Diabetes Sucks,

but Life Doesn’t Have To!

A documentary about W. Brian "BR" Reynolds and his journey losing over 50+ pounds, normalizing his A1C levels, and turning his personal battle with diabetes into a mission to help others do the same.

BR combines tough-love realism with authentic cowboy grit. From running his podcast and cooking show from his Hard Rock Ranch, to launching “Yardio” a fitness segment that turns yard work into heart work, he’s reshaping how people talk about diabetes, one story at a time.
